Students should consult their academic adviser to check their progress toward degree requirements. In addition to completing all the required courses, pre-pharmacy students must follow these steps to ensure that their B.S. degree is earned:
- Complete and submit the Graduation Application form at the OSU Registrar’s Office. The form should be submitted at least two terms prior to your anticipated graduation date. For example, students wishing to graduate at the end of spring term should submit their graduation application during the preceding fall term.
- Schedule a “Pre-Pharmacy Degree Audit” appointment with Mary Ann Matzke, Head Advisor for the College of Science. Appointments can be made by calling 541-737-4811 or stopping by the College of Science office in Kidder 128.
