High School Seniors must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Be a high school senior during the 2017-2018 academic year
  • Minimum high school GPA of 3.5 (weighted or unweighted)
  • Minimum standardized test score
    • ACT - 24 or SAT - 1650 on 2400 scale or SAT - 1200 on 1600 scale
  • Plan to enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for the 2018-2019 academic year

Applicants who meet these minimum criteria should apply online through PharmDIRECT.  Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria will not be considered. High School Seniors that are not admitted to EAP Oregon may apply again as First or Second Year College Students.  Students not admitted to EAP Oregon are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.

 First Year College Students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Be a first year college student during the 2017-2018 academic year
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for 2018-2019
  • Must be on track to complete undergraduate degree and pharmacy prerequisites by June 2021
  • Must be on track to enter Pharm.D. program in Fall 2021
  • Minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Minimum of 3.30 GPA in prerequisite courses 

Applicants who meet these minimum criteria should apply online through PharmDIRECT.  Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria will not be considered. First Year College Students are only allowed to apply to EAP Oregon once. Students not admitted to EAP Oregon are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.

Second and Third Year College Students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Be a second or third year college student during 2017-2018
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for 2018-2019
  •  Must be on track to complete undergraduate degree and pharmacy prerequisites by June 2020 (for second year college students) or June 2019 (for third year college students)
  • Must be on track to enter Pharm.D. program in Fall 2020 (for second year college students) or Fall 2019 (for third year college students)
  • Minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Minimum of 3.30 GPA in prerequisite courses
