George Constantine's research focuses on medicinal and poisonous plants, with emphasis on those of the Pacific Northwest. He taught in those areas, as well as drug information services, pharmacy ethics and the pharmaceutical industry. He continues to do research in collaboration with colleagues in forest products and veterinary medicine.
