Applying to the Early Admission Program

Admission to the Early Admission Program (EAP) requires completion of both the OSU undergraduate admission application and the College of Pharmacy Early Admission Program application.

EAP Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the College of Pharmacy’s Early Admission Program, students must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Be a high school senior during 2008-2009
  • Minimum High school GPA of 3.5
  • Minimum standardized test score (ACT of 24 or SAT of 1650)

Only high school seniors will be allowed to apply for the EAP.

Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria will not be considered. Students are only allowed to apply to the EAP once. Students not admitted to the EAP are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.

Timeline

Early Admission Program application deadline for fall 2008 has passed.

The fall 2009 EAP application is available now, and will be due by March 2, 2009.

  • Reference form (you will need to submit two references)
  • The application materials are in PDF format. To print the application, you will need Acrobat Reader on your computer.
