Application forms required for admission to the graduate studies program are available from the Office of Admissions, Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR 97331-2106 USA. The office is located on the first floor of the Kerr Administration Building at OSU, and the phone number is 541-737-4411. To be considered for funding support, a completed graduate program application must be received by the College of Pharmacy by Feb. 1, 2008.
Minimum requirements
- A four-year baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, and a combined GPA of 3.0 in the last 90 quarter hours of graded undergraduate work on the first baccalaureate degree and all work completed thereafter. International applicants without a master’s-level degree should contact the graduate studies coordinator (debra.peters@oregonstate.edu) to discuss their qualifications prior to submitting a formal application.
- Applicants to the College of Pharmacy graduate studies program must have a GRE score that ranks at or above the 50th percentile in each category. Once a completed application is received by the OSU Office of Admissions, it is forwarded to the College of Pharmacy Graduate Studies Committee for review
