Entering Pharm.D. students were introduced to their new field on Monday, October 1, 2007. Dean Kradjan explained that the white coats the students were presented with symbolized professionalism in the health fields. Tim Peterson, president of the Pharmacy Student Executive Council, lead the students in reciting the "Pledge of Professionalism." Danielle Mackey represented Providence Health System and Jennifer Williams represented Walgreens, both sponsors of the night's event. The ceremony was followed by a dinner for faculty, students and their family and friends.
