Oregon State University College of Pharmacy is holding a student information session and open house on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. This is an ideal opportunity for prospective students who may have an interest in a pharmacy career and/or applying to our professional program within the next few years.
The program starts with refreshments and an introduction from our Dean, Wayne Kradjan. Our advisors will give an overview of pharmacy as a career and information on the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. Some of our current students will be on hand to talk about their experiences, answer any questions, and tours will be available. Parents are welcome!

Following the Open House will be a Pharm.D. Workshop beginning at 5:00 p.m. A College of Pharmacy advisor will be giving an application workshop for students interested in applying to the program in Fall 2009 or the near future. The workshop also includes some general information about applying to Pharm.D. programs (PCATs, etc.).
