In addition to the PharmCAS application, all applicants must answer OSU's Supplemental Questions in PharmCAS and pay the $50 OSU Supplemental Application Fee.

Essays: Applicants will be asked to write one or more short essays about their desire to attend OSU. Information about these essays are available in PharmCAS.

Fee: The $50 supplemental fee can be paid online with a credit or debit card here. Information about the fee payment is also included in the OSU Supplemental Questions on PharmCAS. The fee is non-refundable.

Deadline: Applicants will not be considered until their PharmCAS application has been verified, the OSU Supplemental Questions have been answered and the Supplemental Application Fee has been paid.

The Supplemental Application Fee is waived for applicants who have qualified for the PharmCAS fee waiver. After submitting your PharmCAS application, send an email to pharmacy@oregonstate.edu indicating that you have qualified for the fee waiver and are not submitting the Supplemental Appplication Fee. OSU will verify all fee waiver claims with PharmCAS.

This report, as federally mandated by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, informs the Oregon State University community of reported crimes occurring on and around OSU campuses for the previous three calendar years.

A printed copy of the most current Annual Security and Fire Safety Report may be picked up at the Office of Human Resources, 204 Kerr Administration Building, Corvallis, OR 97331 or a copy may be requested by emailing HR.Compliance@oregonstate.edu.
