Welcome to the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Our mission is to educate and train the next generation of leaders and innovators in pharmaceutical sciences research; to provide a strong education in foundational sciences for students in the doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) program; to discover and develop tools and strategies for prevention, detection, and cure of human disease; and to use our collective expertise to engage and educate the public to promote health and better understanding of pharmaceutical agents.
