High School Seniors must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Be a high school senior during the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Minimum high school GPA of 3.5 (weighted or unweighted)
  • Minimum standardized test score
    • ACT - 24 or SAT - 1650 on 2400 scale or SAT - 1200 on 1600 scale
  • Plan to enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for the 2018-2019 academic year

Applicants who meet these minimum criteria should apply using our online application.  Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria should still submit an application. Our Admissions Committee will evaluate applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements on a case-by-case basis. High School Seniors that are not admitted to EAP Oregon may apply again one additional time in college. Students not admitted to EAP Oregon are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.

Current College students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Be a college student during the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Not applying to the Pharm.D. program for Fall 2019 entry
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for 2019-2020
  • Minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Minimum of 3.30 GPA in prerequisite courses 

Applicants who meet these minimum criteria should apply using our online application.  Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria should still submit an application. Our Admissions Committee will evaluate applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements on a case-by-case basis. College students are only allowed to apply to EAP Oregon once. Students not admitted to EAP Oregon are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.

Post-Baccalaureate students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP Oregon:

  • Have completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited Oregon college or university for 2019-2020
  • Minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Minimum of 3.30 GPA in prerequisite courses

Our Admissions Committee will evaluate applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements on a case-by-case basis. Second and Third Year College Students are only allowed to apply to EAP Oregon once.
