You are encouraged to make every effort to attend this Spring Seminar as the agenda will cover important information you need prior to graduation. This event features information about financial aid, NAPLEX and MPJE updates, a pharmacy law review, a presentation covering PIC Training and Certification from the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, and more.

Important Information 

• RSVP for the Seminar whether or not you plan to attend by filling out this short form
• This is an excused day from your rotation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dr. Starwalt 
• Completion of the AACP Graduation Student Survey is required PRIOR to the seminar. You will be receiving an email shortly that contains a link to the survey. Your individual survey responses are anonymous, but the survey system does know whether you completed the survey or not.
• This is a good time to bring your OHSU (and other) site badges to drop-off with us. Unfortunately, you can't keep them as "souvenir" items and there is a charge if you don't bring them back. If you can't bring your badge to the seminar, please make sure to bring them with you to Graduation
• More information (including the final agenda) will be emailed to you prior to the event
