Classroom Setup Tutorials

  1. Wake up the projector and sound system by pressing the “On” button on the wall mounted control panel. 

  1. Select the correct input, typically “PC” unless you have your laptop, then choose “HDMI” 

  1. Login to Canvas using the “OSU Canvas” shortcut on the desktop.  

  1. Navigate to your lecture material and open it. 

  1. Navigate to your zoom link to and start the meeting.  

  1. Connect the desktop to your zoom meeting. 

  1. Connect the computer audio 

  1. Adjust the camera and room audio as needed. 

  1. Share your content.

  1. Share your content. 

  1. Wake up the Crestron control screen.
  2. Tap the “Video Conference + Presentation” icon.
  3. Connect your laptop, tablet or phone to your zoom meeting.
  4. Do not connect your device to the audio, if it auto connects disconnect to prevent audio feed back issues
  5. Call Out to the room system
    1. Click Particpants then click invite
    2. Click ”Room Systems”
    3. Enter the rooms address, rlsb5s085@ohsu.edu
    4. Ensure SIP is selected then press “Call”
    5. Admit the room system to your meeting
  6. Adjust the camera and room audio as needed.
  7. Share your content via zoom, no need to plug into the projector.
