Early Assurance Program Admission Process
As part of your application you must include:
- Personal Statement: How have you determined that pharmacy is the right career for you? What factors specifically attracted you to pharmacy versus another healthcare profession?
- Unofficial or official transcripts: upload these transcripts on the portal page after submitting the online application
- From every college institution you've attended or received college credit
- From your high school (high school applicants and first year college students only)
