Early Assurance Program Requirements

High School Seniors must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP:

  • Be a high school senior during the 2024-2025 academic year
  • Recommended minimum high school GPA of 3.0 (unweighted)
  • Plan to enroll at an accredited college or university for the 2025-2026 academic year

Current College students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP:

  • Be a college student during the 2024-2025 academic year
  • Not applying to the Pharm.D. program for Fall 2025 or Fall 2026 entry
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited college or university for 2025-2026
  • Recommended minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Recommended minimum of 3.00 GPA in prerequisite courses

Post-Baccalaureate students must meet the following minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to EAP:

  • Have completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Currently enrolled or will enroll at a regionally accredited college or university for 2025-2026
  • Recommended minimum of 3.00 cumulative college GPA
  • Recommended minimum of 3.00 GPA in prerequisite courses

Applicants who meet these minimum criteria should apply using our online application (link will be available in November). Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria should still submit an application. Our Admissions Committee will evaluate applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements on a case-by-case basis. Second and Third Year College Students are only allowed to apply to EAP once. Students not admitted to EAP are eligible to apply to the Pharm.D. program through the standard Pharm.D. application process.
