Jumpstart Your Path to Pharmacy with OSU’s Early Assurance Program (EAP)
If you’re excited about a future in pharmacy, EAP is your chance to secure your spot in OSU’s Pharm.D. program early. Meeting the minimum criteria makes you a strong candidate, but don’t worry if you fall a little short. We encourage you to apply anyway! Every application is reviewed individually, and the Admissions Committee looks at more than just numbers.

If you’re not admitted through EAP, you’ll still be able to apply later through the standard Pharm.D. admissions process.

Early Assurance Program Participation Requirements

  • Meet with an advisor at least once per academic year while in EAP

  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, with a grade of C– or better in all prerequisite coursework

  • Attend at least two EAP events each academic year

  • Participation in a pre-health or pre-pharmacy club is strongly recommended
