MBA Program

Current Pharm.D. students and alumni can apply to participate in the Pharm.D./MBA dual degree program. This program, offered in collaboration with the College of Business, allows students to work towards Pharm.D. and MBA degrees simultaneously. The amount of time and coursework needed to complete the MBA will vary depending on students' academic goals and prior business experience. Click here for curriculum information.

The Pharm.D./MBA program might be a good fit if you:

  • Want to become a manager or executive with a community pharmacy chain
  • Want to own your own pharmacy
  • Want to become a manager or executive for a health care system
  • Want to work for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Want to broaden your leadership and business abilities

Forms

Petition Form 

This form is used to submit a petition regarding academic or professional policies of the college. Examples of reasons to create a petition include desiring to take a non-approved elective course or desiring to participate in the distance education program.

Elective Request Form 

This form is used to request enrollment in a research-based PHAR 701, 705, or 797 class, ensuring that the student and his/her research mentor have a coherent plan of study.

Academic Grievance  

This form is used to submit an academic grievance to the College of Pharmacy Academic and Professional Standards Committee.

Incident Report Form 

This form is used to submit an incident report the the College of Pharmacy Academic and Professional Standards Committee.
