Pharm.D. Tuition and Fees

Tuition for 2024-2025 per term is:

  • $9,744 per term for Oregon residents.
  • $15,924 per term for non-residents and international students.

Fees for 2024-2025 per term is: 

  • $830 per term for Oregon State University (OSU) 
  • $600 per term for Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) 

Corvallis based students will pay full OSU fees- $830 per term
Portland based students pay the OSU Building Fee ($59) and full OHSU fees ($600)- $659 per term
P4 students pay the OSU Building Fee ($59) and a reduced OHSU fees ($363)- $422 per term

Non-Oregon Resident Scholarships

Non-Oregon Resident Tuition Scholarships

The OSU College of Pharmacy is committed to non-Oregon student accessibility through awarding achievement scholarships to qualified applicants. Our Non-Oregon Resident Tuition Scholarship is a $15,000 award per year for all four years and is available to non-resident students with a 3.0 or higher pre-requisite GPA and strong interview performance.

Eligible candidates are automatically considered for these scholarships and no separate application is required. Candidates that receive these scholarships will be notified when offered admissions to the professional program.

Clark County Tuition Waiver Program

Residents of Clark County, Washington accepted to the Pharm.D. program are eligible for a nonresident tuition waiver. This waiver will allow selected residents of Clark County to pay the same amount of tuition as Oregon residents. 

Eligible candidates are notified of their selection when offered admission to the professional program. Eligible candidates are automatically considered for the waiver and no separate application is required.

Federally Recognized Indian Tribe In State Tuition Program

Oregon State University students who are enrolled members of the 574 federally recognized Tribes as included on the Federal Register, shall be considered residents of the state of Oregon for tuition purposes. This policy does not qualify nonresident students for financial aid programs administered by the state of Oregon that are available only to residents of Oregon. Students are responsible for obtaining and submitting documentation of their enrollment in one of the 574 federally recognized Tribes at the time of their application for admission to OSU, or at the time of applying for the resident tuition rate.

Oregon Resident Scholarships

Noel and Cornelia Flynn Scholarship Award- $4,000

The Noel and Cornelia Flynn Scholarship in Pharmacy is awarded to incoming Pharm.D. students who are U.S. citizens from rural Oregon. Recipients will have been among the top 25% in their class at the most recent academic institution they attended.

Philip Cash Scholarship Award- $3,000

The Philip A. Cash Scholarship in Pharmacy is awarded to incoming Pharm.D. students who are U.S. citizens, Oregon residents, and were among the top 75% in their class at the most recent academic institution they attended. Recipients must have demonstrated financial need.

Holt Scholarship Award-$3,000

The Holt Scholarship provides support students pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Open to all Pharm.D. students, this scholarship is designed to empower future pharmacists to make a lasting impact on the healthcare system.

Rite Aid Scholarship Award-$2,000

The Rite Aid Pharmacy Scholarship is awarded to Pharm.D. students in good academic standing who have demonstrated financial need and excellent communication and leadership skills. Preference will be given to students who have a desire to pursue a career in a retail community setting. Preference will be given to students who are currently Rite Aid pharmacy employees.

Walgreens Diversity Scholarship Award-$2,500

Awarded to a single student with an interest in community pharmacy and meets one of the following criteria: embraces diversity and promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus and represents an under-represented minority group.
