Live Continuing Education Online Evaluations

Organizations:
OSPA, OSHP, OHSU, VAPORHCS, and Providence Health Plan

Find your organization & CE activity or program below. Evaluation links will be removed from this page after 30 days of the live program in order to comply with ACPE standards.

Note: OSU College of Pharmacy has recently began utilizing a new program for CE evaluations and quizzes. This new system will automatically upload your ACPE credit to CPE Monitor upon submission. Please review the instructions for submission HERE. If you need additionally assistance, please refer to our FAQs or email Tabetha.Gould@oregonstate.edu.

To redeem ACPE CPE Credit:

  1. Register for and attend the continuing education course, lecture, or conference you are seeking CPE credit for.
  2. At the end of the CPE activity, you will be provided a Credit Code. Write this code down in a safe place as it is specific to each activity and must be entered correctly in the system to receive credit. If you do not know your code, please contact your activity coordinator.
  3. Locate your organization and the activity or conference you attended below and follow the link to complete the evaluation(s).
  4. On the activity announcement page, click "Register" and follow the prompts to register.
  5. When registering, you will be required to enter your NABP e-Profile ID and Date of Birth. These numbers will be verified in real-time, and you will be unable to proceed if they are incorrect. If you need to check your NABP e-Profile ID, you may do so at http://mycpemonitor.netTip: check the box to save your information for faster registration next time.
  6. When prompted, enter the Credit Code to the activity evaluation. Again, this code is specific and must be entered correctly to complete the activity requirements.
  7. Complete the activity evaluation.
  8. Complete steps 6 and 7 for each activity you attended.
  9. SUBMIT CREDITS. After completing the requirements for each activity, you must submit CE credits. If you do not complete this final step, your credits will not upload to CPE monitor. (You do not need to finish the requirements for all activities to submit credits, you can submit credits as you complete them.)
  10. Check CPE Monitor. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure credits have uploaded to CPE Monitor after submission. If you do not see your credits 48 hours after submission, please email Tabetha.Gould@oregonstate.edu for assistance. Credit cannot be uploaded after 60 days from the activity date.

Please note: Once you register for a conference or an on-going Lecture Series (such as VAPORHCS or OHSU), please DO NOT register again. Use the link provided in your registration confirmation email, or click the link on the registration page to have your personal access link resent.

Notes:

  • Credits must be redeemed within the timeframe designated for the activity.
  • If you do not receive a registration confirmation email from Lecture Panda, check your spam/junk folder. The email will be from "noreply@lecturepanda.com"
  • Upon submission, your credits will be automatically uploaded and viewable on CPE Monitor within 48 hours. You must SUBMIT CREDITS before your credits will upload.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm credits have uploaded. Please check CPE Monitor regularly to track CPE hours. Please email tabetha.gould@oregonstate.edu within 30 days of activity completion if credits have not uploaded.
  • The Credit Code is a verification of attendance. Do not share the code with anybody who did not attend the activity or seek out a credit code for an activity you did not attend. If you do not know the credit code for an activity you attended, please reach out to the activity coordinator to confirm attendance, and receive the code.
