To redeem ACPE CPE Credit:

  1. Attend the CPE activity.
  2. Note the Credit Code provided at the end of the activity. This code is essential for receiving credit. Contact your activity coordinator if you don't have it.
  3. Find your organization and evaluation link below.
  4. On the activity announcement page, click "Register" and follow the prompts. Enter your NABP e-Profile ID and Date of Birth. If you need to check your NABP e-Profile ID, you may do so at mycpemonitor.net
  5. Enter the Credit Code when prompted to complete the evaluation for each activity you attended.
  6. SUBMIT CREDITS. This final step is crucial for your credits to upload to CPE monitor. 
  7. Verify credits on CPE Monitor. If credits aren't uploaded within 48 hours, email pharmacyCE@oregonstate.edu for assistance. Per ACPE: Credit cannot be uploaded after 60 days from the activity date.
